NCAM RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless it us for defective items. Please be sure of what you are buying and reach out any time before the purchase with questions.
If you receive a product from our store that has a defect, please email us at hello@ncamfoundation.org with a photo and a brief message describing the issue.
If we can identify the problem through the photo we will simply mail you a replacement product at no charge. If we cannot, we will ask you to mail the product back to us in order to be refunded. If the product is deemed defective, we will refund the cost of your return shipping and send out a replacement product.
